One thing that caught my attention is the way he categorizes the leads, the starting level being:
1-Lame - If the email domain address is a free mail service like Hotmail or a home based service like Comcast and no website or a lame website like under construction.
I wonder how would he categorize Sarah Palin as a lead, given the recent yahoo email scandal ;).
