Using CRM Contacts from within Outlook

    When I try to select CRM contacts (when sending an email) in the drop down list I am not able to view and hence use any - all other fields, accounts etc, are populated but not contacts.

    This is not only common to me, everyone on our CRM server has this problem - where do I start looking?

    If you're talking about accessing the contacts from the address book,
    there is a bug if you have selected the CRM option to only see your
    synched contacts. You need to go to the options and select the address book option to bring in all contacts. This is not a fix but simply a workaround as I do not believe there is a fix for this yet.
