Newsgroup subject: Using CRM Contacts from within Outlook

When I try to select CRM contacts (when sending an email) in the drop down list I am not able to view and hence use any - all other fields, accounts etc, are populated but not contacts.
This is not only common to me, everyone on our CRM server has this problem - where do I start looking?
