I've reviewed the CRM 4.0 Planning guide. I have CRM web app on 32 bit server and the SQL db on 32 bit. I need to upgrade the SQL db to 64 bit. According to the Planning guide, 32 bit CRM App server is fine with 64 bit SQL db.

Here's my current plan:
1 - backup CRM databases from SQLx32
2 - move databases to new SQLx64, restore databases
3 - edit registry keys as defined KB952934
4 - run the Deployment Tool, edit SQL databases
Any "gotchas" that I should be aware of?
