Online CRM for Mac and PC Users

    Hi,

    Wondered if you could help. I'm trying to find an online CRM tool that will sync with macs (re:Mail/Address Book) as well as PC's (Outlook).

    Our office uses Macs but our sister company are on PCs and although we have separate projects, we also have some together so we need a CRM system that will allow us two different businesses on one system too.

    I used to use Daylite and it was pretty perfect but it's not online and also not suitable for PCs.

    Also ideally it would work with Iphones too! Know it's asking a lot but any help would really be appreciated!

    There is a solution named TeamWox. Its web based so will work on both platforms. Iphones working too, but some reports made on Flash are not showing in Safari browser.

    Hi Sands,

    Sorry this reply is so long after your original request but could I also suggest you have a look at junariCRM from Junari Ltd?

    The system is fully web-based running on the LAMP platform so it is fully accessible from Mac or PC. We do our in-house testing using Firefox, but have proven it's functionality using Internet Explorer, Safari (PC and Mac) and also Safari on the iPhone.
