    Hi,
    Business Contact Manager 2007 with a server-based shared database. At some point something has happened which means that no PCs can create an offline copy of the database. They could originally; but can't now. The process appears to be working until just near the end of the progress bar when it stops and pops up: "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last set of action or actions. Please try again."

    How can we fix this?

    Try turning on logging (in the BCM About dialog) and then check the messages in the log file when you get this error.
