Newsgroup subject: URGENT: whole new environment and same error

Hi,
I urgently need to fix this as I need to upgrade 4 clients in the next month and I want to make sure that i know how to resolve this should this arrive in their production environment.
When I debug, it is failing on prependOrgName() function saying it is undefined. I checked and it is in global.js and it is indeed linked in at the top of the page using
<script type="text/javascript" src="/_static/_common/scripts/global.js"></script>.
My only guess is for some reason it cannot locate this file.
Any ideas?
