    Hi,
We want to know what is the level of compatibility between Business Contact Management for Outlook 2007, Microsoft CRM 4 and Dynamics Nav 5.0.
As part of a migration, databases can be took in the state, are there tools to do so, in short, what are constraints to switch from one to another.
At the same can be done these products communicate with each other?
    Best regards.

When considering BCM, CRM and NAV at one time, there's a couple of areas that need to be considered.

First - BCM should be migrated to CRM ideally. This is a relatively easy task, however can be some work depending on the scope. CRM should be used exclusively of, and not with BCM....

Once in CRM, you'll want to use (or write by hand - not recommended) a tool that hands the initial synchronization and the integration between CRM and NAV. There are several products and companies that offer this service, however Scribe is best recommended for this type of integration normally if you want to do it yourself.
