Marketing Campaign Insert Greeting Line

    I'm using MS Outlook 2007 with BCM. I started a marketing campaign and want to use delivery method: outlook. It appears that you can send an e-mail to a large group of people with an attachment using this method. However, I need the greeting line - "Dear Mr. XX" or something like it that would match the person it's being sent to. I can not use the MS Word Mail Merge to do this since I can't attach a file to that. Can the greeting line field be added using this method? Thank you.
