Issue while configuring Outlook client for Offline access

    I'm facing issue while trying to configure the outlook client for offline access.
    Issue:

    While i run the configuration wizard for the specific organization, i'm getting an Critical update require info and when i apply update now, nothing happens and i'm unable to access the CRM from outlook.

    Can anyone help me to overcome the issue?
