    I am runnning WIN XP and Office 2003. When I tried to add Outlook Business Contact Manager to Outlook 2003 I put in the CD and it ran fine. When I opened Outlook it said it has encountered an error and must close. Every time I open Outlook it does this so I uninstalled OBCM. Whay can't I get OBCM to run?

    Two popular reasons:

    1) Something wrong with .NET install. Remove .NET 2.0 and reinstall it.
    2) McAfee Anti-virus.
