Error message Reason ID (0x80131500) when creating campaign

    I've come across this one a few times and it came up recently for a customer running 3.0 (but I still think it happens under 4.0 as well.)

    When you create a campaign and distribute activities, you sometimes get non-distributed activities due to spam etc. In the Failures list, you get the error message Reason ID (in the form 0x80131500 etc.) Does anyone know if the is a list of what these error codes translate to?
