If I´m sending emails from CRM to Outlook or another external contacts the mails took sometimes just a minute till to over a hour.
We made a test which was sending three emails every five minutes. The first two emails arrived in less than one minute, but the last mail took one hour. What happen to it ?
    The configuration was the following:
Email access type Incoming = Forward Mailbox
Email access type Outgoing = Email Router
    Thanks for Help
