customizable CRM solution

    Can any one guide me to the most customizable CRM available in the market?? I need professional solution not any open source solution.

    Well there are many CRM solutions available in the market now adays,insted of getting suggestions from here and there you better search from google along with your requirements.I don't what you mean by "customizable"!
    But there is one solution which our company has been using for quite some time now. It is called ENTERPRISE WIZARD. These guys and there CRM has helped our company to improve our relations with our customers and best of all we got what we wanted no overt the top features which are not used most of the time.

    Hi GeorgeMichael,

    Despite your skepticism towards Open Source solutions (I too felt this way for a long time!), I would suggest that you don't rule them out entirely. There are many hugely popular packages out there such as SugarCRM and the OpenERP platform which may well meet your needs.

    However, before assisting further with product recommendations, can you explain which aspects of the system you would like to be customizable? My company Junari Ltd produce a CRM system based on the aforementioned OpenERP platform which is scalable for companies from the size of the French Post Office, right down to a 2-user realty organization. In our opinion junariCRM is one of the most customizable products available today.
