Creating custom sensitive reports

    Hello all
    I created a report that used pre-filtering and this works fine, I would
    however like the report to default to display e.g. just the phone calls that
    are displayed in the current window (those associated with the case that I
    am currently in).
    I cannot seem to get it to do this, but I am sure that I have done so
    before.

    Can anyone help?
