I am creating a quick campaign for Leads. This creates a phone call activity for my sales reps to call. I would like that once they complete their phone call successfully, a Contact/Account/Opportunity is automatically created.
I have set up a workflow to automatically do this, however, because the REGARDING on the phone call activity is the quick campaign and not the Lead, I can not pass the variables from the Lead to create a new Contact/Account.
I would like to keep the campaign responses to track success (hence the need for a campaign), but I would like to make it as simple as possible for the sales reps (hence the automating of creating the new Contact/Account based on a lead).
Any help would be appreciated.
