Newsgroup subject: display of business contacts in the accounts

Hi,
When working with the account list, at one point the display of the bus.
contacts changes and is messed up - in this little list of the account, I
cannot see the business contact name anymore, just their title or phone
number. At the same time, the display of the history items changes and also
there, the display lacks of information i saw previously.
Closing and reopening Outlook restores the original view, but changes again
after a while (max. 30 min.), but this cannot be the solution for the
problem.
Thank you for any suggestions how to....
