I call businesses to see if they would be interested in our products, and if they are I ask for their email address and email them my pdf brochure.
I'm trying to automate this process as much as I can. I created an access database with several forms etc with the contact details, but then found out it is pretty difficult to create an email system that sends attachments.
I would like to use a CRM to do this. I still want the contact name, address, several details and notes, be able to sort it by location, lead strength etc. I'd like a button that I click on when ringing that sends the email to them automatically. Is there any way to do this? I want a free solution
