I just installed BCM 2003 on a different laptop. I receive the "Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close" error as soon as I select a BCM record. This will continue looping until I uncheck the "Restart Office Outlook" button.
My system configuration is:
Win XP Pro SP 3
Office 2003 SP 3
BCM 2003 SP 2
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
