Attach 1 contact to different accounts that you create

    Question: Can you attach 1 contact to different accounts that you create. I use to use ACT and was able to tag contacts in multiple groups. Cannot seem to figure this one out. thanks, Larry

    I know what you mean Larry, since I used to use ACT! I think the answer to your question is no, because a field in the Business Contact form called 'Account', under the description 'Linked Account' offers one link only.

    Larry, I have checked this site: http://blogs.msdn.com/bcm which confirms my understanding and says the following under FAQ's:

    Can a Business Contact be linked to more than one Account?

    No, a Business Contact cannot be linked to more than one Account. A Business Contact can only be an unlinked stand-alone item, or linked to just one Account.<<
