I have everything setup in the Product Catalog, Discount List, Unit Group, Price List and Products. I have Product as Price List items and everything is activated. Yet, when I'm on an Opp and lookup Price List, it says none are there. There's a New button, which I have also tried but when done, it can't find it either...

An interesting tidbit, if I go to a Quote I can see the Price List. So, why not on the Opp?

    Hi Bob,

Presuming you are using CRM 4.0, this could happen because the currency specified in the price list is different from the currency you are using in the Opportunity.

Thanks for the response. I checked that and I'm fine. PL is US Dollar as is Opp. Yes, this is v4.0. As I wrote, works for quote, but not opp.

Sorry that wasn't the issue, Bob. It works for me thought. I'll take another look and see if I can find something.

Bob - This is actually a fairly common issue for clients that we've 'upgraded' - not so common for new v4.0 installations.

If you've upgraded check the following:

    1. Did you have c360 previously? If so, then you'll need to export the entity and clean (manually) the XML file for all c360 entries.
    2. If not, then you'll want to export the entity for both Opportunity and Quote and check for the code on the good entity (Quote) for the Price List and then compare or copy/paste into the bad entity (Opp), as there is a bug there.

The problem isn't with the form, but rather with the filter applied from the base form (the Opp or the Quote) that sets the filter on the available Price Lists....
