First thing's first, I'm new to CRM 4 so go easy! We have CRM 4 (Workgroup) installed and working very nicely, so I decided to have a go at the E-Mail Router function, wow....big mistake. I got in the IN and OUT set up, the deployment configured then I had a go at the forward mailbox features...epic failure! I have three questions guys and I'm getting pretty desperate:

1/ Does anybody have an easy to use implementation/configuration guide for the mail router and rule deployment wizard?
2/ Why can't I install any of the E-Mail Router roll ups, I keep getting told the mail router is not installed....it is!!
3/ After my aborted attempt at configuring the router yesterday, one of our users keeps getting mail forwarded even though there is nothing in the mail forwarding portion of the mail router. When somebody sends him a mail Outlook (or CRM 4) attempts to send to CRM@MYCOMPANY.COM (a defunct, test E-Mail box). He then gets an NDR for every mail sent to him as this CRM mailbox is gone. How can I make it stop!!

Setup:

CRM 4, Roll-up 7 on a Windows 2003 Server
Exchange 2007 on a Windows 2008 Server, X86
Outlook 2007
CRM client Roll-Up 7
