Hi,

Is anyone aware of a way to send a batch of 'draft' emails (emails created and saved, but not sent) via a workflow?

The scenario is that I want to create a batch of individual emails (not using campaigns or mail merge for various reasons) and at the click of an button, run an 'on demand' workflow to send the emails.

I have played around with simply running a workflow to change the record status to 'sent' and have also tried 'sending', but although the status of the email changes in the CRM once you run the worflow, the email does not deliver?!

Anyone know of anyway of doing this using the standard functionality in the CRM, or is this a situation requiring code?!

Thanks for any input.

Lee.
